I live in the UK and have been unable to find any smart home fans for the UK other than the Big Ass Fan Company fan for around 1000 including delivery to the UK from North America. Hunter Fans have several smart fans available but they are only sold in North America and only work with 110v. However they are up to a third of the price. So I gave it a punt.
