В конце видео не стульчик, это называлось лавка или скамья. А вилка перемотанная марлей, которую он в самом начале показал, скорей всего помазок для сковородки. У меня бабуля когда пекла в печи блины, то так же наматывала тряпицу или марлю на вилк...
